How do I know if a virtual assistant can help my business?
If you’re not sure, you can always request a free consultation. Once you’re ready to give it a try, the first step is to start your trial on our website. Our unique process allows you to identify where you need help. We’ll take your answers and use them to match you with the ideal virtual assistant.
How often will I be billed?
For your 90-Day Trial, you’ll pay upfront for 20 hours and additional hours can be purchased as needed. You are always in control of when you purchase more time and you will not be automatically billed. We accept credit or debit card payments online via Stripe.
Can I start a subscription instead of a 90-day trial?
All of our clients are required to start with a trial. The 90-day trial is how we determine how many hours a client will need on a regular basis and ensure the client is matched with the ideal VA. The 90-day trial gives us all the data we need to make the subscription a great experience.
Is there a contract?
No. Your plan always begins with a 90-day trial period that starts with 20 hours. If you decide not to keep working with USCTS Admin Services after the trial, you can receive a refund for unused time. After your trial, you can cancel a monthly subscription at any time with a written request.
What is the difference between the 90-day trial and the subscription plans?
A 90-day trial is designed to help you get a feel for what it’s like to work with your VA and determine how much time you need on an ongoing basis. After the trial ends, we recommend a monthly subscription plan. Monthly plans automatically subscribe you to a number of hours based on your needs.
How will I know what my virtual assistant is doing for me?
Your virtual assistant will be providing weekly status updates so you always know what is in progress and what tasks have been completed. These updates will include links to your timesheet to show time used versus time purchased and will include detailed notes about each time entry.
